By accessing the Order World website, requesting a demo, or using the platform, you agree to these draft terms. If you accept on behalf of a restaurant or company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.
Services
Order World offers digital ordering infrastructure including branded web and app experiences, operations tooling, and optional delivery or platform integrations based on your plan and commercial agreement.
Accounts and responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Restaurants are responsible for menu accuracy, pricing, allergen information, fulfillment, and customer service for their orders.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service reliability, or use Order World for unlawful activity. We may suspend access if we reasonably believe these terms are being violated.
Fees and trials
Pricing is provided separately through sales discussions or a commercial proposal. Any free demo or evaluation period is temporary and may be changed or ended with notice.
Intellectual property
Order World retains rights in its software, branding, and platform materials. Restaurants retain rights in their own logos, menus, and content, and grant Order World a limited license to host and display that content as needed to operate the service.
Disclaimer and liability
The platform is provided on an “as available” basis during this draft stage. To the extent allowed by law, Order World is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
